What makes him Hudson...

I was taking a few pictures today and I couldn't help but notice all the cute features that make Hudson the little doll baby that he is. It's not just one thing...it's several. But, I'd never be able to capture them all, so here are a few that really stand out.

His pointy little widow's peak that accents the

fuzzy mohawk he's sporting these days...

his two, new pearly whites that make that sweet, little,

slobbery wet smile even more perfect...

his long, beautiful eyelashes that frame his

bright, full of life, green eyes...

his cute, tiny little nose that sits perfectly
in the middle of his sweet face....

all together, this is what you get....

I know I'm the Mama, but oh my gosh...

could the boy be any cuter!?

Hudson's 6 month check-up!

Too funny.

There were a lot more smiles than tears, but it sure is tough to see this little guy get so upset. He got 4 more shots and we were at the doctor's office for 2 hours, so all 3 of us were almost in tears by the time we got to leave! We got another good report from Dr. Cheek. Here are a few of the highlights....

* 22 pounds {!!!}

* 27.5 inches

* Hudson is a graduate! He has moved up to Step 2 foods! Dr. Cheek said it is time for this boy

to start eating meats and a little bit of table food {bananas, carrots, anything we can turn to

"mush"}. Appetizing, right?

Anyway, our boy continues to grow right in front of our eyes and just gets cuter by the day. And, he has 2 teeth now! Won't be long and he'll be eating Reese Cups, Cheez-Its and Big Texas Cinnamon Rolls with big brother. I have a feeling our grocery bill is going to put us in the poor house in a few years.

Sweet Noah, my cousin Jill's little boy, hasn't been feeling well for quite some time now.

He's getting tubes in his ears today and we hope that this will be a new beginning

for this sweet little boy. Please say a prayer for him and keep the Blake family in your thoughts.

restless nights...

Hudson hasn't been sleeping as well as he normally does for SEVERAL nights now. We think we've figured out what it may be.

And, we spotted the other one trying to break through last night. Can you believe the little man has teeth already? Time is going by way too fast for this Mama.
