Random {Take 1}

I keep my camera at arm's length all of the time. So, there aren't many days that I don't take at least a picture or two {or ten}! But, there are a lot of days that I don't really have a reason to blog. So, I've decided to start the "Random" series. These posts will include shots that I think are blog worthy (for memory purposes!), but may not have a theme.

Hey Dad....

Hudson is 5 months old!

Seriously? Can you really be 5 months old already? We truly cannot believe how fast you are growing and how much you are changing each and every day. You have so quickly become the cute, cuddly, always smiling, precious little thing that we all adore and love so much.

This month was a big one! You rolled over, found your feet (which you love!), started the beginning stages of sitting up by yourself (!) and have figured out that you don't have to spit your binky out...you can actually take it out of your mouth with your own hands! You've also figured out that you have a voice and you like using it! If we don't acknowledge you the first time you try to get our attention, you just get louder and louder. Sometimes we might pretend we don't hear you, just because it is so fun listening to all the cute sounds you can make!

You experienced your first Christmas, and let me just tell you....our holidays would not have been the same without you.

Mimi continues to spoil you and you have figured out that she is an easy person to love. I've said it once and I'll say it again...you are so lucky to spend your days with her. I'm pretty sure big brother has a day or two every now and then when he wishes he was still going to Mimi's every morning. We are all lucky to have her (and Papa)!

Hudson, you are a true blessing to our little family and we are so thankful for you. Your expressions continue to be priceless and your toothless grin is the best thing ever! We love you more by the minute and are so glad that YOU are the person that made our family

Seeing things from a whole new view...

The little man is doing new things every day! We were in the greatroom watching football last night and he decided to do this. We were all so surprised! He doesn't have it mastered just yet, but it won't be long!
